Wasn’t able to get a juice because they were closing in 45 minutes, so I ordered a smoothie. 3 employees were audibly discussing how they were making it wrong and just laughing about the whole experience.
Great customer service experience, ordered online and picked up a couple min early. Fantastic timing and packaging. Açaí bowl lacked a little sweetness but quality of ingredients and serving size was very good. Would add honey next time instead of agave.

Most locations will over blend cacao nibs so there is no crunch. If you order on the app, you can't put a note in to tell them to put cacao nibs in last and pulse a couple times to keep crunch. I was in a rush, so I had to order on the app and I didn't expect to have it done right. I expected the cacao nibs to be over blended as always. To my surprise , they did it right so there was a crunch!! This location is the only one that has made it correctly in the many times I ordered this from other locations on the app. If I wanted it this way, I normally have to not use the app in order and order in person, so thank you!

Yes we definitely agree texture, crunch, taste allows individual products to stand out.
An example: fresh cut pineapple, natural sweet shaved coconut, cacao pieces, pitted dates, chia seeds, we have it all.

I had a huge order that I put in in the middle of the night for pick up at 10 AM. I arrived early and the team was hurrying to finish my order. It was completed with a few minutes to spare and they were super kind with helping me to my car with my 17 smoothies and açai bowls
