Overall it was easy. The customer service in store wasn’t great. The worker at the counter was a little snooty and standoffish. She half smiled and and got my drinks but seemed annoyed. I wasn’t offered a straw or asked if there was anything else I needed. The juice I ordered was wonderful but it would be nice to keep drinks ordered ahead in the fridge.

I paid the extra money for peanut butter on top. When I got my order and ate it at home, I noticed there wanted the extra peanut butter on top. I didn't bother to go back and bring up this concern.

It took awhile to get order but it was a busy time so understandable. The main area that is lacking is finding order information on the app after placing online order. It doesn’t give you any feedback and hard to find record of order. Had to confirm that received an email to make sure the order went through. Ideally there would be a pop up on the app that says order placed, approximate time that it will be ready, and a link to order details. The Açaí bowls are delicious and price is good.

I'm a relatively new customer to Nekter, and each time I have enjoyed it more, and explored new options to try. I like that I can order online for pickup directly from the store, and not through a third party like Door Dash, etc.
