My bowel is only half full, every other nektar I've been to have filled my bowel to the top.
Ripping people off here at this location.

It took a little longer for the gals to notice I was there to pick up my order, than I expected. But overall the gal that assisted me was very friendly and pleasant. May suggest having a bell ring when someone opens the door so they know someone walked in. I do understand they were busy making bowls and juice, however a nice, “Be right with you” would have been a nice touch.

It’s was just okay, the issue is when I got there I went to the cashier let them know I had a mobile order gave then my name and was told they would cal it out when it was ready. No one Called it out, I had to go back up after seeing a few handful of order come out that I know were placed after my online because I saw them in line behind / heard them order after I went to check and see if the order was ready when I first got there.

Overall good experience but don't go often because of the plastic waste. Appreciate it as a good spot to wait for family member at Sutter Medical nearby.

Customer service was great order was great.But your prices are getting a bit greedy. There's no.
Way , I should be paying ten to thirteen dollars for a smoothie. It would also be great if you open a store in west Roseville. Also consider not charging so dang much. I can literally spend five more dollars and get an entire lunch from lucille's barbeque With tri tip, chicken and side for the price of your smoothie

I recently moved to Roseville, this is the second time I've been in the store on E. Roseville Parkway and had the same experience. I love your products! Some training needs to be done with staff about acknowledging customers when they come in, perhaps a little jingle on the door or something. Today, I literally waited four minutes before I said, "excuse me" to the two workers that were putting orders together (backs were turned). I know they are busy preparing the juices, etc. but even a simple nod works. The staff member who came from the back to help was delightful and apologized.
