Today I did a mobile order. When I got there they said they never received it. I was in a huge rush to get to work on time. The girl working wasn't very friendly. I get being frustrated but she was rude. Still love my bowl. :)

My Finance Team is working on budget and is very stressed out. So I placed an order online for each individual (total of 16). I called the Roseville store to ensure they received my large order. Kendra also took my order over the phone and offered to put names on each individual item for me. I never like to do this but I have now been here 3x over the past 2 weeks and the service is unreal terrible. 20-25 mins wait for an açaí bowl and only 1 other customer max has been in the store with me during that time also waiting. Not busy what so ever. 2 of the staff were just standing around and cleaning blenders while I was the only one waiting for my food. Will not be coming here again. Which is a bummer because the bowls are delicious. But waiting for almost half an hour is unacceptable.
