My order was not ready when I picked it up. They hadn't even started it. Then the guy starts asking me what I ordered. Do you want a red apple or a green one? What??? Do you not have my order? My order should have been ready at 8:53am. I got it 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I preorder because of the convenience, but it becomes an inconvenience when I have to wait and then have to go to work late. I would have left but I had already paid. What is the point of this service if you can not deliver what you promise?
