I ordered through door dash, so I can't really comment on too much. I did the build your own and was pretty disappointed that the "base" was on top... the granola was covered and so was the chia pudding. I would imagine that the base should be at the base, and the chia pudding and granola would be on top... also PLEASE bring back the immunity bowl. I've stopped buying nektar almost interest since that has been gone, and given the bowl I had today, I probably won't be back unless that bowl comes back.

Love the products and I get great service when I go in. I typically don’t wait more than 10 minutes. They are often hustling. I am grateful for your new menu offerings! Keep the waffles!

the container was overflowing on the sides when placed on the counter. the lid pooped off and made a mess all over the sides. they wipe it with a rag and hands it to customer. for stuff like this should start over rather than give the customer. very unprofessional. you got new people working there?
