I had ordered my bowl online, when I got there to pick it up, no one greeted us or had said anything at all. It was nearly 15 minutes before my order was ready. They did not get my order right, and when I told them, they walked off. I even showed them my order on the app. I love this location, but it’s going to be a minute before I return because of this experience.

First time customer. I downloaded the app and ordered from it so that I could get a free drink. The app is easy enough to use and was told when it should be ready. I walk in ten minutes early fully expecting to wait for my time slot and then some. I waited...then waited some more...then after 30 minutes I go to the employee at the counter and they look at the work area and back at me and say that they will make it right now. The drinks were great just make sure that you walk in and check in I guess. Or better yet just order there.
I placed the order on the app and it stated that it would be ready by 9:47 AM. I Showed up 10 minutes early and waited...and waited...It wasn't until 9:55 AM that I went to the counter and asked about the order and the employee looked at the workstation and looked back at me and said that she would get right on it. I am going to use the free drink that I got from the app and this will be the last time I visit this location.

Ordered online but when I showed up for my scheduled pick up time the bowl was not ready and it took an additional 25 minutes until I got my bowl.Also chia pudding is never “set up” at this location. Always runny.

This location was very dirty. There was food all over the counter where food is handed off as well as one of the tables inside. So much so that I didn’t want to touch anything. Because of how dirty the counters looked, I actually looked at the floors and found that they don’t do a good job cleaning up against the cabinets.
