My sister picked up my order and part of my order was missing! I didn’t get my ginger shot. I paid for it but it wasn’t given. Tried to call the store but it was forwarded to voicemail. How do I get this taken care of?

I come to the store every few weeks as a treat with my family. The customer service always leaves a lot to be desired. Even with several employees behind the counter, nobody greeted me. I waited at the hand-off plane and someone who was cleaning finally looked up at me but still didn’t say anything. After I asked for my order, they were kind. I know cleaning needs to take place, but customers should come first. This has happened the last few times I have come in the evening.

Love Nekter but the coconut bowl has the most inconsistent results. This time it had chunks of ice and hardly sweet I couldn’t imagine it if I didn’t have extra agave - unfortunate the store can’t find a better way to make the base consistent
