Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
I have horrible dietary restrictions so I do smoothies a LOT. This location used to be good but in the few months they are garbage. ZERO CUSTOMER service, wrong orders, smoothie orders taking 30 min. Call ahead orders just not done. I emailed their corporate customer service and they were VERY uninterested in making anything right. Today I ordered 35min ahead of time and only had a few minutes to grab the order. First off i stood at the counter being ignored by all 5 employees. 9ne even walked up to the counter, looked at me then walked away. I finally spoke up loudly and they were all annoyed that i bothered them.. Of course the drink wasn't ready (or even started) so I asked for a refund. Their manager Andrew never apologized or offered the refund. I had to demand it from across the room. He never even spoke to me. The girl next to him yelled that it was being done. Get back to my office and check. No refund. I called and they said it will be 24-48hrs. This is ridiculous!
Great PB bowl! Friendly and fast service. This is my favorite Nekter store. The crew is always as fast a possible and friendly.

I ordered online the night before to do the cleanse and I still had to wait a good 10 minutes for it. I ended up being late to pick up my child. I specified the time to pick up and still had to wait.

My order was incorrect. While it was still good it was not what I had ordered. I asked for chia seeds to be added on top of my açaí bowl. Instead I received a side of chia pudding. Was still delicious and I ate my items. Just thought I would let you guys know.

The bowl was very watery so all the fruit and topping fell to the bottom. It was like a watered down smoothie in a bowl
