I don’t think there was spinach or kale in my drink. It’s usually somewhat green. I don’t have the patience to alway have to speak up at every store about this. I just don’t trust this brand.

I swear, every time I make an online order from the app, I’m waiting at least 10 minutes past the pick up time. I understand people are ordering in store, but this last order that I placed was prior to opening hours for a 2pm pick up time. I got my order at 2:15pm. You have tasty açaí bowls, but ordering online is a waste of my time. I even tip for my online orders hoping that it will be ready on time. It never is. Please make online ordering a priority. I’m sure it will help improve your business

The online ordering is not available most of the time when I try to order. I love the bowls, but it takes 20+ minutes to wait for a bowl when ordered in the store. That's just too much time.

My order was to be ready at 12:00. I arrived early at 11:45 and was told they were working on my order. At 12:15 I asked about my order and was told OH Sorry it has been in the refrigerator. :(
