Was hot and wanted a nice fruit drink walked in, stood at the register for 5 minutes. Wasn't greeted, or acknowledged both workers had short glances at me and then went back to what they were doing. Seemed like they were intentionally ignoring me. No hold on I'll be with you in a minute or anything. I waited a bit longer, no one got their drinks or bowls as the workers chatted away and worked on 2 items the entire time. I just walked out.
Terrible customer service.
I wasn't recognized when I was standing at the counter waiting for my pick up order. One person was with a customer tending to her which was great and the other 2 were talking amongst themselves wiping down the counter.
When he did see me, he asked if I had a to go order and then got it for me
no sorry I didn't see you standing there or a thank you just do you want a bag and handed me my bowl

Apple Pay wasn’t working. You could not use Apple Pay online. Staff was short and not super understanding.
