i placed at order through the app at 1120 for pickup at 1145. i was not even greeted at the "skip the line/preorder pickup counter" until 1200 and my order was still incomplete. I walked out with one of my items made at the incorrect size at 1210, almost a full hour after placing my order. I will not be back to this location. I'd rather drive to the fair oaks store for acceptable service.

I used the online app to order and had to wait an addition 20 minutes on top of the 15 minute window given for my order to be ready. There were not enough workers to fill the demand. Those who walked in had to wait 20 minutes to even order.

It feels like the prep area is crowded and hard to move around. Also, during rush hours, the wait can be long. Having more people will crowd the prep area.
