The peanut butter bowls weren't very peanut butter this time :(

Today I did a mobile order. When I got there they said they never received it. I was in a huge rush to get to work on time. The girl working wasn't very friendly. I get being frustrated but she was rude. Still love my bowl. :)

4 bowls took nearly 30 minutes to get assembled. Seems like the process could be more efficient.

I never like to do this but I have now been here 3x over the past 2 weeks and the service is unreal terrible. 20-25 mins wait for an açaí bowl and only 1 other customer max has been in the store with me during that time also waiting. Not busy what so ever. 2 of the staff were just standing around and cleaning blenders while I was the only one waiting for my food. Will not be coming here again. Which is a bummer because the bowls are delicious. But waiting for almost half an hour is unacceptable.

We ordered 3 bowls with the app and my daughter picked them up. When we opened the bag, one of the bowls we received was not the one we had ordered. She also had to wait 15 minutes past the time the app said they would be ready. Usually have a great experience but not this time.

Service was quick and easy. I just wasn't completely happy with the acai taste. I'll try it again though with a different mix.

I ordered a bowl online and got there in 20 minutes after ordering. I stood there waiting for someone to greet me for about 10 minutes and then told them my name for the order. They hadn’t even started the bowl and I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finish the bowl. The bowl was not as good as previous times. They were rushed and seemed unorganized. In the past it has been great, but this experience was not.

In ordered online and they forgot an extra charge item and they weren’t ready when it said they would be. However, I LOVE how many healthy options there are and the tastes of their bowls and smoothies. Quite pricey, but beats places like Jamba Juice. I wish it wasn’t so pricey because then I’d order my kids some.

My bowl was delicious and the simplicity of ordering via my app was glorious!

I absolutely LOVE coming to Nekter. When i entered i was greeted by a man working behind the blenders and i walked up to the counter and had told a young girl my name for my online order. She reached back to get my bowl i had ordered and handed it to me and then didn’t say anything. I was confused at first whether or not i still owed money for it or something, so i proceeded to ask her “am i good to go?” When she answered yes, and then i left. It was super awkward.

If you like açaí bowls, this is the place for you. Everything was fresh and clean and smelled fresh and clean. I went pretty early in the morning, so there wasn’t many people there and I got my bowl within about five minutes of getting there. Everything is out in the open, so I saw them cutting my fruit and putting the bowl together so I know everything is fresh. The staff is kind and the atmosphere is very relaxed. My breakfast tasted incredible and I have been craving one ever since, I’m going to have to check if they have one locally where I live, Ha! Overall definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Amazing smoothies and bowls! Fresh and healthy, without using sugary juices like Jamba does, and without compromising taste. I reccomend the Pink Flamingo smoothie.

Refreshingly fulfilling, freshness you can taste. Tons of super foods prepared by friendly attentive and informed staff. Clean, welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Real healthy smoothies and bowls made with fresh ingredients, not frozen or prepackaged concentrates juices like some other places.👍👍👍

This place is great if you're looking for a refreshing Açai bowl. They have great portion sizes! Very good and freshly blended as you stand and wait.
