The pitaya bowl is amazing!!! I ordered online and it was ready before I got there, so they had it in the freezer for me. So convenient. So delicious. And honestly, the bowls are so big you could share.. or not ;)

People that work the there dont always acknowledge customers who walk in. The bowls are never consistent. And the wait time to get one is horrendous. 15-20 mins sometimes.

I got a bowl and I really did not like it. I have had one before there and I loves it so I don’t know if the fruit was bad today or what, but the bowl was not good.

Great service. The açaí was diluted and didn’t taste like they normally do. Like it was watered down. Other than that. Great experience ordering online the first time.

I love my local Nekter, and sometimes have great service; sometimes it’s awful. The last few times I’ve gone in, I’ve ordered online and wait like 5-7 minutes before someone even greets me or says hello / looks up from washing dishes or being on their blender station. I’ll keep coming and ordering because I’m Nekter brand loyal :) but it’s a bummer when you spend a pretty decent amount on a smoothie or bowl and the team working doesn’t even acknowledge you standing at the counter.

I don’t like the new granola. It is tasteless. The PB bowl is over priced for the quantity of food.
