Really good, healthy and good prices. I love thier acai bowls especially the protien power.

Came here due to a coupon. The acai bowl was awesome. They were flexible and customized my bowl - the outcome was just right.

I placed a pickup order online for 2 drinks and a bowl and sent someone to pick it up for me. When she brought my order back, she only had my bowl. When I asked her about it, she said she was only given the bowl. Now I will take responsibility for not telling her what was in the order, but I shouldn’t have to worry about receiving my complete order. I called Nékter to let them know what happened and that I would have to inconvenience my sister to go back across town to pick it up. The young man I spoke with apologized for the inconvenience and said he’d just come on shift but he’d look up the order. He found it and said the drinks were in the refrigerator and that they’d give me something for the inconvenience. But you really need to make sure the orders for pick up are correct. The only reason I’m taking the time to submit this feedback is because this is not the first time it’s happened to me, but it’s happening more frequently and it’s getting really frustrating, so please do something about this.

Service is fast and friendly. I get a bowl several days a week and they always make sure it's to my liking.

Ordered via app to pick up 2 bowls and order wasn't in queue..it was by register. My break only 30 min so pre ordering is the only way I hv time to get something. Waited almost would min. Frustrating.

Great! Loved the bowl! Only points off for not being ready at time stated on app.

The service is good. The smoothies and bows are decent. The juices are great. However this Last order had a whole chunk of frozen açaí in it taking away from the quality of the açaí bow as a whole.

You put sliced green apples (which is not listed on the menu as an ingredient you add in the bowl) and the bowl was literally more than half way empty.

I come and get the same thing 2-3 times per week. Recently (past 2-3 weeks) the quality and consistency of the Acai Banana Berry Bowl has been much better. Please keep doing whatever you have been doing.
