Fast service, happy and helpful employee, fantastic FULL bowl, ready on time after ordering from App. Love it!!

Right off the bat I want to make sure to point out that customer service, cleanliness, and decor has always been top notch. I might add that it's too noisy to have an easy conversation while eating inside. All of that being said, the recipe for the bowls seem to be different in the past few months and it's been a real turn off. The first red flag was the acai bowls having lost their deep purple color. Any time I make an acai bowl at home, the color of the acai takes over really quick so it's confusing that the color changed so much. I used to get the mango bowl somewhat frequently but stopped because the flavor was so off that I didn't like it anymore. I had to force myself to finish it in recent orders. So I've been trying other bowls but found that they're also lacking in flavor. I'm not sure what happened with the recipes but I'm losing interest in ever coming back.

Was so happy to have discovered this plant based awesomeness. Oatmeal was delicious if a bit pricey for the portion, the acai PB bowl was big and yummy!!

My bowl was amazing despite the fact that I asked for no bananas on top, but I received bananas. I also paid extra for protein and I didn’t have any in my bowl. If it wasn’t for the small hiccups it would get 10/10

Superrrrr gooood, can't get over the Popeyes Acai

I arrived at Nekter after my promised finish time and my order was just started after my arrival. A little disappointed about that because I was on a time crunch, otherwise, the bowl I ordered was good.

The Acai bowl was decent not as tastey as I'd hoped for.

staff is great, but the acai bowl i received today and last time have less and less fruit toppings. Today i have legit one cut strawberry and 6 blueberries. the bowls used to be filled with fruit so you couldnt even see the granola, sadly they are not anymore. For almost $10 each after i add protein, i expect more fruit toppings.

I love Nekter! The environment, the vibe and of course the delicious juices and bowls. I would recommend to family and friends

Love Love Love it here! The staff is so friendly and the bowls and juices are amazing!!! I go here about 5x a week Lol! Highly recommend

I love nectar, but every time I come it takes about 45 minutes just to make 1 acai bowl. It wasn't even busy. There were 2 people in front of me that have already left with there smoothies, and I'm the only one in here. Disappointing. If your in a rush, DEFINITELY don't come here! I'm half tempted to leave. So sad.

I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait at least 10 additional minutes and the assembly of my bowl was not as good as other locations. The wait at this location is always longer than others for me.
