My açaí bowl came out green ?? Not normal? I don’t know if I’ll be coming back

I've made a few orders in the last few weeks and they have generally been good; in particular, it's been quick to pick up my order in the store. On one occasion my online order scheduled for a particular time was not ready when I arrived 3 minutes after the scheduled time, and the staff began making it when they realised there was an issue. The resulting products felt rushed (my wife's acai bowl was not at all made to the usual standard we've experienced at Nekter). However, other than this somewhat negative experience it's been great to regularly partake of Nekter's range of products! Thanks!

Great, except we got the wrong order. We got a bowl with peanut butter and we ordered a berry bowl with the coconut yogurt and paid an extra $1.50 for it. 🙁

My order was placed online: a banana acai bowl. I arrived on time, but two walk-in customers received their order before me. Apparently, they had run out of strawberries and the clerk had to purchase more. I came in, waited, watched the walk-in customers, who placed their orders on-site, obtain their purchases and leave. I asked the clerk about that process. She was polite and explained that all of the non-strawberry orders needed to be completed first. Not sure why. Nonetheless, had I been informed about the delay, it would have made a world of difference in my perception of how I was being ignored.

I preordered my order (a smoothie and a bowl) in advance to be picked up at 9:15 am. It wasn’t ready when I arrived. It wasn’t even started. The employee asked for 5 more minutes but in reality it took longer. There isn’t much point ordering ahead if this is the norm. There were no apologies given.

Your staff are always pleasant and helpful. I crave your acai power bowl and its always great. Tried smoothies today and they were good too.

I’m always greeted as soon as I walk through the door and my bowl is usually always ready to go.

I ordered 3 bowls all with added Pnt Butter. I don’t believe it was added is all. Could have been an oversight.

It was nice my order was ready, but the Service crew who was bagging my order did even put spoon or napkin in the bag with the bowl I order. Since she is already putting them in the bag and wears gloves, she could’ve shove the spoon inside the bag, but no instead she told me there is the spoon and the napkin!!!! Really, it was deferent experience the last time picked up my order. Just sayin.

My order was messed up specially when I paid extra for chia seeds and goji berries and got nothing on my bowl. Thanks!
