Service was great! Peanut açaí bowl is always amazing! Only time I’ve ever had issues was when I made multiple mobile orders. It’s happened twice where they did not receive one of the orders, and I’ve had to wait for them to make it.

Just moved to the area from Long Beach and was happy to find a Nektar. I placed a phone order 20min in advance and it wasn’t ready for 15min after the estimated completion time. They were very busy at the time...I’ve seen the Long Beach locations busy but they were still able to complete phone orders at least by the estimated pick up time. On this day, 4/6/21 at approximately 1:00pm the only blonde female employee there had her mask pulled down exposing her nose. I just didn’t feel that it was appropriate considering the current pandemic and knowing that my grandfather lived in Roseville until he died of covid from people like that who don’t wear their mask properly this year. Hopefully a manager can ask her to properly wear her mask for the sake of customers. They also didn’t add any agave to a bowl that was supposed to have extra agave. I’m understanding and know that they were overwhelmed, but the mask situation does seem irresponsible. Thank you.

I walked in and the music was so loud the girl training with the other employee couldn't hear me. She was nice,however the employee that was training her was not helping. The young girl training handed me the smoothie bowl and walked away but I had also ordered a ginger shot and I literally had to tell to get their attention to get jt.

I love Nekter! When I got home this last time, I realized they gave me the incorrect order though. I ordered a bowl with several modifications and I believe I got the correct smoothie part, but there were completely different toppings than I had selected. It was too much of a hassle to turn around and go back. I’m guessing it might have been mixed up with another order since I did an online order for pick up.

I am so grateful for Nekter Juice Bar. I have autoimmune issues and liver disease and it is so wonderful to have a healthy option when on the go. I work a lot driving so it's nice to have a place to stop that isn't horrible for my body. The prices are great for the nutrition you get. Everything tastes wonderful. My favorites are good banana berry burst smoothie and the power protein bowls 😋

My coupon didn't work in the app. My bowl was not fully blended and the presentation was lacking. I'm guessing it was because it was so busy.
