I came to pick up area to get my online order, 2 people busy working ,one looked up and went into backroom. It took about a minute for the other associate to realize somebody was waiting. Just a simple "be right with you" would have been nice. Thanks.

My drink tasted horrible this time around. The apples in my drink tasted old and I could not even taste the ginger in the toxin flush. I asked for extra ginger and even after they poured some in, the drink tasted much different than it normally does. I’m a regular there so it was a bit disappointing.
