Absolutely loved the service. Wanted a healthy dinner and a drink so my wife went to Rubio's and I grabbed the drinks from the store. I entered the order online and the pick up was seamless. The drinks (per usual) were absolutely delicious. Def recommending this store to family and friends.

My experience has been average. I tend to get the same order and the drink taste different each time. The staff at this location needs to make sure they are reading the recipe correctly and measuring ingredients accurately.

I placed an online order for pick up and my order was not ready. They didn't even have record of the order and kept asking me to confirm when the order was placed and if I was sure I listed the right date. I had to show them my confirmation email to prove I did in fact place an order yesterday for pick up.
