I eat Nekter a lot. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. I needed my bowl done at a certain time because I had somewhere to be. I went to pick it up in the store. Says their printer was down and they’re not receiving any orders, then they asked me to show proof of my order, and I had to wait while they made it. It was super unprofessional, ALWAYS an issue here.

Customer service was outstanding. I scheduled my order through the app. Although I arrived later than my scheduled pick up time, my order was kept in a fridge, keeping it fresh and cold. I was also greeted with friendly smiles and service from both staff who were behind the counter.
