Good experience my smoothie was ready upon my arrival as requested. Only thing is I requested and paid for extra cocoa nibs which I don't feel I received I didn't really taste any in the smoothie

I placed my order online this morning and had my roommate pick up the order as I'm under the weather. My roommate was told there were no carrots or beets for my order, but only after she was asking for the drink to go with the rest of the order. The employee did not suggest a refund or offer an alternative. It wasn’t until my roommate asked what can be done that she spoke up.
