We placed the order online through the app but when we went to pick up, they told me they did not receive the order. The employee commented to another employee that the online orders had not been coming through and they had been experiencing the same issue lately. They were apologetic and quickly made my smoothie but it was still inconvenient that I ordered ahead and still had to wait.

I placed my order online. Unfortunately the online system in the store was down. The young lady working in the store at 8:30 am on Nov 9 was working alone. She quickly offered me a refund or she would place my order immediately. There was only one person ahead of me. She quickly finished that order & made my drink in less than 2 minutes. She was awesome!
