There was only one person working until several more people walked into the store, then someone from the back came out to help the original employee that was working alone tried to give me my order with two items missing. I got a detox juice, which did not taste good, very bitter, and I did not end up drinking it. I had never had of these juices before, so not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to taste like

Walked in, no greeting no acknowledgement that I was even there. 3 people working and no one could’ve at least greet me and just discover that I was just there for a pick up, I had to wait until I was able to grab their attention for them to tell me to just grab the juice I had ordered online. It there was a mobile pick up area that was accessible I understand but I didn’t want to just reach for a juice not knowing if it was mine or not. Just seemed unprofessional and unorganized.
