I love Nekter and the app makes it so easy and convenient to order ahead. However, when I went to pick up my order, the customer service was not pleasant. I went to the pick up area and was not immediate acknowledged, which I understand if they were busy, however there were no customers in line and neither of the two employees were on the phone. Then when I was finally acknowledged, it was very cold and unfriendly. There was no greeting just "what's your name". I provided my name and she went to get my order and handed it to me. I didn't receive a "thank you" or any acknowledgment. It seemed as if I was bothering her.
