It could have been thicker.

When I arrived to pick up my order, it took a minute or so for baristas to notice I was waiting. My order was delicious and enjoyable! I did notice that there was only 1 person taking orders and making the orders.

Placed my order through the app. Spoke to the rep and mentioned my order they had to go through the system and find it and start making my 3 acai bowls. Had to wait for 10 minutes for the guys to make each bowl. They were very apologetic for the long wait.

We ordered 4 bowls. My husband went to pick them up. When he got home only 2 were right. We didn't go back cause that's an inconvenience. It would of been nice to eat what we actually ordered.

I love Nekter. It's my go-to for a fresh healthy snack....always.
But today, I was actually a little disappointed.
I wanted to try the new 'shakes' but the ingredients were not online, so I had to order in-person seperate from my original online order.
Then, I thought I could use my rewards for my free smoothie to try...but because it was considered a 'shake', I could not.
And still increasing my disappointment, the 'shake' which I could only order in a small, was 9.95 !
It was good, but not worth that much for that size.
Besides today, I always enjoy my Nekter...
