Store was dirty. I arrived 2 minutes before my mobile order was due to be picked up and it hadn’t been started yet. My drink also tasted bad (I frequently order this particular drink) - wasn’t made correctly, tasted like orange and lemon rind. Ended up throwing it away because it was not drinkable.

Glad to say, our items were ready on time after ordering w/the ap. The staff was nice and hard at work. The quality of our bowls as lacking - both of our bowls were very liquid-like. The bowls are costly, and we would like to get our money's worth.

Stood in the store for over 10 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. Ordered online. My order wasn’t ready even 10 minutes after the confirmed time to be ready. And the store was not busy.

The App which I placed my drink order through was great and the juices made were a lot better tasting than I had thought it would be. Before purchasing your drinks I used to make my own juices. Although the price for the 24oz make your own juice is pretty high and the wait time is decently long (around 10 min) but other than that Nekter is pretty good.

I feel that I was treated like a valued customer, the employees were friendly and quick to help me. The Manager in particular took the time to assist me with a question on a mobile gift card he ensured my question was answered and was very professional and polite.
