Good customer service! I was greeted immediately and my juice was ready. Juice tasted great. Store looked busy. This was my best experience at this location because usually it’s hit or miss.
Sometimes the drinks take 25 minutes and other times I get an attitude when I ask for ice even when it was ordered online with ice.
Today’s service was fast and perfect.
I wish it was always like this.

We go to Nekter for smoothie bowls all the time but the last few months the quality has gone down. The smoothie bowl portion is not thick at all and ingredients have been missing. This last time my bowl was missing granola. Not sure what's happening with this location but it has not been up to par with other locations.

Hi, I am a regular and I am in several times a week. My family loves Nekter and the service is always great. However, today you were short on strawberries and all 3 items we ordered were awful. It would have been better to not fulfill the order. Like I said, we are regulars and we love Nekter, but today was VERY disappointing.
