Great customer service. The drink was separated water on the bottom and juice on top. Normally its mixed together.
I wish you could customize more on the app if you want extra ginger or light beets instead of just regular amounts always.

OK. There is a new person working at the Aliso Viejo store, and I walked in and stood by the pickup counter as usual (I ordered on the app). Usually they tell me they'll be right with me if they are busy making other drinks, but nobody said anything. Another person came in for pickup and after a few minutes a person asked him his name for the order even though I was first.

I placed my order online at 10:23 am today and my pickup time was set for 10:38. I actually didn't get to the store until 10:55 and was told they were working on it. I said but my pickup time was for 10:38? That was almost 20 minutes ago. Instead of oh I’m sorry we’re busy or something of that nature which I would understand all I was told was oh yeah that happens sometimes… I didn’t get it til almost 5 after 11 which was over half hour from when I ordered. It was just the response I got for the wait which bothered me.
