The general manager and her staff have done an amazing job of providing excellent customer service and care! Coco was did the impossible when my juice cleanse wasn’t ready. She brought it all the way to Irvine and I deeply appreciate her And her management style. Please give her a raise and recognize her for all the care she puts into her customers and her staff.

We ordered ahead and when we arrived 20-30 mins later they’d forgotten to make two of our three drinks. They were nice about it, but thought you’d want to know. Service is spotty at this store to be honest.
