Usually this location is great, but today it was not. I had placed my order through the app, but when I arrived the girl I spoke with said they had not received it since the online ordering was out of order. I did not have a problem with that. The lady said it would be another 5 minutes. The lady I had spoken with left for the day shortly after. The location was busy, so I gave them another 10 minutes. When I went back to ask someone else about my order, the guy had said the same thing the girl said (i.e. online ordering down, etc). So he said he would start it right now. Apparently, the first girl had not put my order in or something. After another 10 minutes, my order was ready.

25 min. only one in the store to make 2 bowls. Incredibly slow establishment. I never write reviews but this was ridiculous.
The drink was way too sweet. For only having green apple in it. I did not like the drink

Fantastic customer service! All our questions were answered & any needed modifications made to perfection. We even tried a new smoothie bc of the sweet way it was suggested! Love this store!!
