Through the hotter months we were ordering for the office sometimes a couple days a week. Now that it is warming up we will start ordering more often I'm sure. It was so nice to walk in and my name be remembered. It has probably been 5 months since I was last in and it made me smile. What a wonderful team you guys are.

I ordered a juice paid extra for pineapple and they DID NOT add pineapple. You can’t even ask for a another juice since you have to take a sip to find out they made your juice the wrong way.

My daughter dropped her smoothie right after getting it and made a huge mess inside. I was embarrassed, but the staff was so kind. They weren’t rude or annoyed. A young guy asked what the drink was, re made it for free and cleaned up the mess with a smile on his face. That meant a lot to me.

Have been 3-4 times now; none very good. Use the online app & still have to wait; out of key ingredients like peanut butter; inconsistent flavor - too sweet, not sweet at all, too much banana or not enough...staff are not very friendly and look overworked & stressed. Hire more or have a strong lead is my suggestion.
