I wasn’t greeted or thanked for my order. It was also not refrigerated between the ordering time and pickup.

Not as sweet as normal feel like the forgot the agave Neckar in both the bowl and the smoothie

I've ordered this juice before and this time it was not made well at all. It was very grainy and I was choking drinking it. It also wasn't as tasty. I observed the person constantly stiring my cup as well. I was pretty disappointed as I had to throw it away.

I ordered ahead and when I got to the location my order ticket was still waiting. Nobody had started making it yet.

I ordered a regular sized smoothie and a small and received 2 smalls Wasnt pleased.

Hello, We made an online order. I arrived five min before the estimated pu time. There was about 7 customers inside with only 1 employee working. He did a great job handling the online orders and taking new orders. I would recommend staffing busy hours with a second person. I do understand breaks need to happen and you always try to watch your labor percentage of sales. A second employee did end up walking in, looked like she clocked in wile on the phone and didnt start helping till the gentleman was already done with our orders. There wasn't a sense of urgency from her at all.

We usually order the Mango Delight smoothie and love it. However today it was terribly made. It wasnt thick and creamy, it was watery in texture and tasted like very diluted mango water. Not good at all. I expect to get the same quality drink every time, especially at 10$ a drink! Disappointed.
