I’ve written this comment before. The product is great, speed is great, but it’s transactional service. Today 2 associates were in the back when I walked in. They walked to the front when they saw me, I said hello and I had an order to pick up. One of the associates asked for my name. The other associate walked to the register to take the order for a couple that walked in behind me.
The associate assisting me walked around to the back counter, grabbed my juice, handed to me and said “here you go.”
And I left.
I’m not sure what level of service Nekter is expecting for customers to confirm. What does a “10” level service look like?

Good but I wasn’t able to redeem points through the app and there should be bigger rewards for returning customers. I believe in Nekter can do better than a small size drink when redeeming points

Made very quickly. Wasn't greeted when I came in, which doesn't bother me at all was just a question so I am providing feedback. I did order online. Flavor was lacking. Seemed like maybe it was sitting out for a while bc it was pretty liquid-y. I typically go to the Ladera location, but was close by doing some things for work.

The Acai bowl I received today, didn't taste like the ones I usually get. It was very watered down. I could tell in the taste and how thin it was. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend it.
