To be honest, the açaí was watery at the bottom of the bowl. Consistency not good.

I keep opting to remove the coconut flakes from the dragon fruit bowl and the staff keeps leaving it on.

Great customer service, efficient. Just wish there was a smaller size for the açaí bowl, like kid size. It is always too big for my daughter and we end up having to throw half away.

It's about 50/50 that the servers are happy. The product is good. The current Golden Apple trio are not all that great. But I am not a wild "pumpkin spice" fan either...maybe it is just me.

I waited to pick up and the employees were ignoring me until finally it was obvious I’m still waiting for just acknowledgement so I can tell them my name and pickup smoothie. Ordered 15 min ahead too and went there and smoothie still not even made yet so waited another 8 min. Smoothie itself was watery and not very good, will prob avoid this location for a while.

The app is a little confusing to use and I have had issues in the past implementing deals that were advertised. This experience went smoothly. Service was great. It is expensive, so I don't know that I would recommend to others unless they are actively seeking this type of product.
