I ordered online and when I got there my order was not there. I had the receipt to prove that I ordered it and even cake 30 min passed the pickup time. I was told that the order didn’t exist in the system and had to wait about 10 min for my drinks

My order was an online order and it wasn’t ready until 30min after the scheduled pick up time. Even though I let the counter know I was there, people who came in and ordered after my order was due had their orders prepared before mine. It was a busy time but it was also very disorganized and even though there were 3 people working only 1 person was actively making the orders.
