Great, but employees should at least acknowledge that I was there. They all look at you, but should at least say someone will be right with you. The gentleman that helped me was very kind.

My juice was not ready for pick up even though I got there 10 minutes past the pick up time. Then when the woman at the counter realized my juice was not there, she helped all 7 people that were in line first before helping me, even though I had paid to pick up my juice prior. The reason I did that was because I was extremely sick and not feeling well. Until her manager came in from his break, I was not helped. He was very helpful, but she was not. I waited a total of 20 minutes from the time I arrived to when I left. I just think that if they are going to offer a service to pay ahead and there are glitches, those customers should be attended to prior to the customers in line still deciding on their order.

Prices have greatly increased over the past year. Size of bowl has shrunk, uses way more granola than in the past and lower quality fruits as well. I used to think it was an ok value, but not anymore. Better off juicing at home.
Please blend ginger all the way... had huge bits of ginger in my juice it was gross :(

My order took about 20 minutes starting from the time I completed my order. I've came to Nekter and tried acai bowl many times but whoever made my acai bowl didn't make it right, it didn't taste like the usual one. The bowl wasn't even filled up completely. They only gave a half portion of it. It was my first time going to this location, but I don't think I will ever return to this store. I regret the visit.

Great, everyone is friendly & polite. The order are not always correct but I'm probably not clear. I appreciate your staff always offering to make it over. I don't because it's always something very minor. Online orders always correct. Thanks!
