I was happy, but had to wait a really long time. It almost felt longer than if i hadn’t placed the order in person. From the time I placed it to when I picked it up was around 25 mins.

The iPad was down in the shop so it was difficult for staff to take orders and payment but they did the best they could and my drink was delicious!

No on greeted me. I had to assert my self to inform them of my online order. I told him I needed to use the restroom first when I came out my order was waiting for me on the counter. Despite the unwelcoming feeling, the order was done correctly.

We decided to switch our normal go to juice spot up and the guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful by giving an honest opinion on his favorites and even recommended switching the tropical smoothie with coconut juice instead of cashew mild and it was so good!
I made a noble order that needed to be picked up at 9:00am and they didn’t even make it until I got there at 9:05 and it wasn’t ready until 9:20. Not goooood.

The peanut butter shake tasted off and was super runny. I think the banana was forgotten and maybe some other ingredients. We were already on our way home so we didn't go back to the store. Despite this occurance, we are still loyal custumers. Just a heads up since these drinks are not cheap.

I love neckter, sadly this location is much slower than others. This one is near my house but the one at UCI is much faster. I order through the mobile at so it's quicker and it almost feels slower. All the employees are ALWAYS very nice so I definitely don't want to complain or blame them. I definitely have to wait at least 20-30 minutes every time I visit. Especially for an acai bowl vs a juice.
