My experience was amazing. It was the launch of the waffle and they provided me with a sample. The staff was friendly, professional and just genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job. There was one person in particular (didn’t catch her name) but she seemed like a manager. She went above and beyond and really just made my whole day start off on a great note. Thank you!

I tried to use a entertainment coupon with them. They did not know how to apply it at the register. So I just placed an order through the app.
I also purchased 2 large. The large drinks were not as icy. They were more watered down. I suspect they didn’t put enough ice or left it on the blender too long.

Online order was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago. Stood around for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or informed me that they haven’t even started working on it yet. Service is always hit or miss here. This time it was definitely a miss
