The experience with the staff was extremely pleasant and kind. We were greeting with a smile and quickly given our online order for pick up. We were asked how our day was going and if we needed a bag. The care and commitment to their customers was evident and felt very welcoming.
The issues with the actual order became evident when we got home. We ordered 4 acai bowls and 3 of the 4 were missing items. 2 were supposed to have coconut flakes but had none, another was paid for double coconut flakes and extra acai, had neither.
Although the order had errors, we would return due to the kind service from the staff.

Everytime I come to this location, nobody asks if they can help me if I am just waiting for my drink. Every time I order a drink for pickup, it's in the refrigerator and nobody tells me it's there. I guess I am supposed to check in when I arrive, but nobody tells me this or asks what I am waiting for. So I assume it will come but it's already in the refrigerator so I am waiting for awhile for no reason.
