I did a mobile other and was ignored when going to pick it up. 3 other customers who ordered in store were helped before me. My order was sitting in the refrigerator. I had to get someone’s attention to help me. Why order online if you’re going to take other customers first?

I’ve always enjoyed ordering from Nekter, and my Son loves the Flamingo smoothie. For some reason the one I ordered on 8/4 didn’t look and taste the same. It was a lot sweeter with white chocolate and nutty taste with creamy pink color. It was very strange, and my Son took a sip and never wanted it again.

I placed a large order through the app for a cleanse pick up. I arrived at the store and not only was my order not ready but they had no idea what my order was. I had to show them my app for them to put my order together. They were also out of 4 if the juice bottles I had ordered. Pretty bad experience.

Both bowls were still being prepared/finished when I got there, no problems. But when we got home to eat them, both bowls were very soupy like a smoothie and not the thicker bowl consistency I've had before. We live just around the corner so it was not a lengthy drive home, 3 mins max. I was looking forward to having scoops of bowl + yogurt & toppings but had to stir everything together since the acai blend was so liquid. Not sure if there was something left out of the bowls to make them thicker. I had to eat/drink it quickly since it was so soupy.
