I placed an order for Shirleen around 8:30 am I ordered an elderberry smoothie and a ginger shot. I didn't realize that I didn't receive my ginger shot and I had already left so i tried calling this location twice and no one answered. Please make sure you include all items next time.

I mostly get the same smoothies, order via app. They are always so good but occasionally there are times when it's not well mixed, i.e. banana chunks in drink. Not a real big deal, not a big complaint, just something to take note of. When that happens to me at home making my own smoothies, I run the vitamix just a little more. Again, most times it's pretty well mixed but sometimes it's not; depends on who is working. It doesn't affect my desire to buy Nektar though.

The smoothie wasn't blended properly and I had to throw 1/3 of it away. It was also extremely bland and had no flavor. Basically tasted like colored ice.

Didn't enjoy my smoothie this time around. As if it wasn't blended long enough. I can taste the added hemp protein I requested. If there was a way for me to a submit a picture of it, I would. I still love this location and will continue buying from here. I was just a bit sad about my smoothie today.

Jenna has excellent Customer Service!! She always remembers me, has learned my name, and welcomes me into the shop. I go there twice a week. All of the smoothies I’ve ever ordered have been just perfect and delicious!
