Visited this location few times, however their juice machine not available for both visits. I know that I was there an hour before their closing time but they should have it available for their customers to order. Nice employees, good smoothie.

This is a review based on visiting one-three times a week for over a year.
They try hard here. But they are inconsistent. Order is rarely ready on time. They sometimes open half an hour or more after advertising. Ditto for closing before advertising.
Ordering for delivery is risky, they often forget to include the complete order, and customer service for that sucks. They "give you a freebie" but don't refund what you paid to get. So, not a freebie, a partial refund because you pay a service fee that is not refunded.
Prices are rising but quality and customer service is dropping. I pay $1 extra for peanut butter and the scoop size has shrunk. Not willing to pay double for the same amount I used to get.
I have begun going to a competitor where my order is correct and has a better chance of being on time when ordered in advance. I only go to Nektar when my husband is craving a mango smoothie.
By the way, avoid the bathroom, it is flat out disgusting. The sink is filthy, the toilet hasn't been swished in weeks. Makes me wonder how clean the food area is really kept.

One of my favorite and only locations I go to! It's right across from my work and everyone is always friendly when I stopped by in the morning. I always get a good vibe from all the workers. :) and they make the smoothies really good every time!

The smoothie wasn't made very well. I got the same as always, tropical cooler, and had to chew it, it either had too much kale or coconut and wasn't blended enough.

ordered smoothie on app and went in 15 min later. Still had to wait another 15 for it to be ready. Also, said no agave but she put it in the smoothie anyway.

I had a mobile order and had to edit a bit after the time allotted. The smoothie was super thin. The last couple I’ve ordered have been that way. Not sure if you have new machines? they are super over blended. Smoothie should be a little thicker than the juices I would think.
