my smoothie was really watery. not satisfied.

Everyone is always nice and I usually order my smoothies on the website and my purchases are always ready when I arrive for pick up.

4th time coming here and every time I would give them benefit of doubt that they are just having an off day. But every time I have come they were out of at least 1/2 of their ingredients or toppings for their bowls & smoothies. Also I have never seen a dirtier juice bar with stickiness and just dirt all over, from their counters, to equipment to the floors. Doesn’t seem like the place gets cleaned at all, not very sanitary for a food place.

Really nice outside dining area, and their smoothies taste really good. If you have the money to afford it, Nectar Juice Bar is a good outing.

Had to wait 15 minutes after pickup time for 1 smoothie. Had to talk to team member to get them to start working on it. Great smoothie, but wait was too long.

I was unable to consume my smoothie. It was not mixed all the way and had chunks of agave nectar that I had to keep spitting out because they were hard

Overpriced..please reevaluate your pricing for smoothies. I would love to be a customer everyday but the prices are imply not competitive to draw attention for lunch

Delicious smoothie

Love nekter, the staff is friendly and the products high quality. However there seems to be a decline in staffing I’ve noticed that makes efficiency slower during peak times. Not an issue against staff but hiring management? Just something to be discussed as I know the pandemic has affected all businesses and things have not settled yet. But in terms of service and quality of goods, would still consider nekter my top smoothie place.

I placed a mobile order for a Cold Brew smoothie. I tried to get someone’s attention to ask about my order but the girl was busy and walked away. Five minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I asked the girl about it and she said she would work on it. Then in the middle of making my drink she walked away and another guy took over the order. He handed me my drink and I left. Then I noticed my smoothie was just a cup of brown liquid and wasn’t very tasty. I think they forgot to add ice or something but not sure. I’d definitely like my money back or a coupon to get my cold brew smoothie at another location. This location was near work. My normal Brea location always does an amazing job.

I ordered a smoothie from the app and it said that this store was open at 7am. I came by the store at 7:30 and it was closed with no sign of anyone opening the store. I’m wondering if the hours had changed for the store (even though all posted signs say 7am). I tried calling the location at 7:40 to cancel the order but no one answered. I’m not currently at work at wouldn’t be able to grab a smoothie until later at lunchtime. I don’t mind getting the smoothie later but I would like a fresh one, not one that’s been in the cooler for several hours.

Experience was great. I ordered a smoothie via the app. When I got there it was already prepared and I appreciated that is was refrigerated until the moment I got to the store. I was worried about mobile ordering as I didn't want the smoothie to be melted by the time I picked it up. It was perfect and my specifications were followed.

It was my second time here and I had the cold brew PB protein smoothie. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, so I have been checking out a lot of smoothie places and this one has been the best so far. Their regular PB smoothie is also very delicious!!! I used the app and my drinks have been ready before or by the scheduled time :)

First time here and my smoothie was delicious! I can't wait to go back and try more items. Best smoothie I have ever had.
