It's not the first time that I have visited and my order has not been ready. However, today was the first time that my order had not even been started yet. I know the estimated time is 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes after placing my order and nobody had started it yet. The lady even had to ask me what I ordered. It wasn't busy inside so there may have been a few online orders. I feel like the organization and/or time management could be approved. Just constructive criticism. Thanks!
