Nekter Juice Bar - Irvine

I ordered a drink in advance at this location and it was ready by the time I got there. I would like to mention a different time I called this store and I believe someone by the name of Sara helped me. I had already called 3 of your other locations before calling this one trying to find more of your classic detox cleanse. I had just completed 3 days and wanted to add 2 more days but when I called around, everyone was sold out! I was starting to worry I wasn’t going to be able to add the 2 extra days of cleansing but when I spoke to the gal here (Sara I think) she had stated they were going to receive a shipment in the AM. She took my name and number down to see if she could call the opening person to guarantee a time they’d be ready. In the meantime I was still calling around to see if I could pick it up that day to have the cleanse first thing the next day. I was lucky enough to find more at your Crystal court location. About 5 mins later Sara called me back to let me know they could guarantee my drinks as soon as they opened at 7am. I was so thankful she took the time and made that extra effort to help me out. Very friendly staff. I was running a little late on my pick up and feared that it was melting on the counter. Nope! They brought it out from the fridge and it was super cold and absolutely refreshing! Thanks Nekter crew!!

I made a pick up order at 12:10, which was 30 min prior. I got there at 12:12. My order was not yet started to be made. I had to wait 10 min. :-( the worker apologized to me so it was ok but ....

I just went inside the location because I was visiting my mom, it was a very clean and organized juice bar. The staff that assisted me was very tactful. I'm very impressed with her patience and extended effort in providing the different juice selections. She was also accommodating in the rewards program. I'm not sure her name but she had nice art on her arm and very gorgeous eyelashes - Dejountai Flanary

I love nektar. Unfortunately my smoothie was missing the whey protein and cashew milk this time. First time it ever happens.

My order was completely wrong. I asked for acai, pitaya, and chia pudding but I only received acai. I also asked for cacao nibs but I got almonds instead. The person did not review my order at all

This location is very very busy at lunchtime but close to my work. I brought a friend who had never been to Nekter before. While I was in line I decided to step out of line and order via the app that I already use on my phone for the 2 locations closest to my house in Mission Viejo and Santa Margarita. The Mission Viejo store is rarely busy but they still take a looooooong time and the energy is very flat and not a good friendly vibe there. My favorite and most frequented store is Rancho Santa Margarita. They are ALWAYS super friendly whether I have an online order or order at the counter. They chat and ask how is my day and the vibe is very friendly and upbeat so they are doing something right. The other stores can definitely learn from this amazing location. In Irvine where I went last Friday, it still took way to long even ordering through the app. This was my first time at this location. Parking is horrible at lunch time too. I know that I prefer RSM location.

I love nekter, their juices and their cleanses. I'm going to do another cleanse soon.

I am in town for business and trying to maintain a healthy diet. I am so grateful for all the options you have at Nekter! I wish I was staying longer so I could try them all! Most of all I appreciate that you make fresh celery juice. It's the staple of a healthy diet for me and not always easy to find when traveling. Thank you so much! Beautiful ambiance too! And friendly, helpful staff!
