I ordered online and it was ready and kept cold. The employee was friendly. I only had to wait a couple minutes when I first walked in because no one was a thing the counter. I think he was working alone.

It was quick and easy to order on the app and pick it up in the store, I would definitely do this again. the bowls were waiting for me, when i arrived. And they kept my order in the fridge to keep them cool until i arrived.

I called over the phone to confirm my mobile order but I must have called at a busy time and got told that if I wasn’t sure about the order they could adjust it there. Which I was trying to avoid since I mobile ordered for that reason - to avoid the wait time. Also they were out of charcoal coconut base which was a bit disappointing since my chia base was extra watery :/
