I do the mobile order via Nekter at South Coast Plaza so I was really surprised that you didn't have the normal pre-set bowls that I could order on the app. I had to "Build my Bowl" which meant having to go back and forth looking at old orders to figure out what I had in my bowls I get at South Coast Plaza. Plus I swear that store gives me more in the bowl than this location. I think overall i'll just make the extra 2 mile drive to South Coast.

My items were ready when I showed up. Not sure if you can have a honor system as to when items are ready for a customer, we can just get from a separate refrig. I order from multiple locations and this way your employee does not have to stop what they are doing. Just a few thoughts. Thank you
