I submitted an online order for pick up. When I got to the store I was not greeted and the employees were in the back. I waited for a few minutes by the pick up area and eventually an employee came over. I told her I was waiting for a pick up order and she just stared at me, I repeated that I was picking up an order and told her my name. She handed me the smoothie without saying anything. I come to this location because it is convenient for me but have had poor service on several occasions.

Honestly I was a little upset that when I walked in, no one greeted me or anything.
So I sat down and waited for my order to be placed at the pick up window.
A white woman walked in and right away they asked her if she was there to pick up an online order.
WOW that made me feel like I wasn't important.
Last time me and my coworkers went instore to buy stuff, the girls were not very friendly. That's has been several times.
We all decided that if the customer service doesn't improve we will just go elsewhere.
