I came in to pick up my mobile order and stood at the pickup window for almost 15 minutes while all the workers just continued on with their work. They saw there was a line behind me of people waiting for their mobile orders but no one ever addressed us. Finally I had to stop one of the workers to ask for my order. She gave it to me reluctantly. I understand it was lunchtime rush hour but you still can’t ignore customers waiting to pick up their orders. I won’t be coming back. Needs lots of improvement.

I walked up to the mobile order pick up side of the store to pick up my order I placed through the app. One of the girls was finishing up an order for someone in the store, and after she handed it to them, she walked away without asking if I needed any assistance.
The gentleman and the register eventually walked over and asked me if I was here for a pick up and proceeded to hand me my order.
I am not sure if certain associates are in charge of certain responsibilities, but some acknowledgment would have felt nicer.

I absolutely love how easy it is to order a drink. So fresh, and delicious.
Thankfully the have many different options online to choose from.
I usually customize my drinks when I order them. Unfortunately online you can't make one from scratch but they have basically all the drinks blends how I like to order them, but you can add or take stuff away,so I guess that's like making your own. Well anyways I highly recommend this place, clean,friendly staff, quality products.
